As a Lead Solution Consultant here at Honeywell,
you will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and solutions to
our customers in the HPS Projects Automation business unit. You will be
responsible for leading the solution consulting team and collaborating with
cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes for our projects. Your
strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and ability to understand
customer requirements will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and
revenue growth.
You will report directly to our Director of Program Management
In this role, you will impact the success of our projects by providing technical expertise, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidate will Provide both external and internal consultations and will help the external facing Honeywell teams develop and maintain the right product messaging, customer support and training in the Competitive Displacement (CD) arena.
- Provide the ability to Design/Specify and Execute projects for Competitors Legacy Systems that will include Parsers/and Automation Output (CEE/SM/PLC) for Honyewell Products
- Provide iDefine Tool Support and backup
- Involvement with AOP/IPP/Honeywell process for the PAS Horizontal Team
- Defining and automating Testing Strategies for CD
- Extensive subject matter expertise to influence customers toward Honeywell solutions.
- Extensive Knowledge of our Competitors Systems, particularly in regard to Competitive PLC and/or Safety Systems
- Candidate will be responsible for guiding the CD iDefine Development team, in terms of
- Scoping Competitive Parser Requirements, and
- Interfacing with the Internal Test Team for customer requirements
- Providing ongoing improvement requirements for existing parsers and CD Tools
- Use their deep understanding of the Honeywell Value Proposition to influence customer choice in a smart way.
The annual base
salary range for this position is <$152,000 - $190,000>. Please note that this
salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various

considerations.

Candidate Must Have
- Experience to Analyze growth opportunities in the Competitive Displacement Arena
- Analyze product development needs for Competitive Displacement Markets in terms of Use Cases and Competitive
- Displacement Replacement Strategies.
- Ability to coach Sales teams, on targeted product value propositions
- Contribute to review and analysis of engineering estimates
- Experience in Honeywell software and hardware platforms for automation solutions such as Control / Safety Systems
