PROJECT SUMMARY
- Will be supporting technology teams with the implementation of ServiceNow’s Generative AI solution to support our Core Platform, ITSM, HR Service Delivery, and Employee Portal/Content teams
TOP SKILLS
- 4+ years of hands-on engineering/development experience with the ServiceNow platform in ITSM and/or HRSD
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Experience with hands-on implementation of any ServiceNow native AI capabilities
- Direct experience handling implementations of AI within ServiceNow
- Proven experience of defining and capturing measurable outcomes (metrics of value
