SUMMARY

This Accounting role will support the Renewal by Andersen business, a complex, innovative, and expanding retail business within Andersen. As part of our team, you'll be involved in multi-site manufacturing operations, contributing to the efficient production of our high-quality windows and doors. Additionally, you'll play a key role in the Locust Grove Baan LN project, ensuring our financial systems are up-to-date and optimized. Your responsibilities will include analyzing new product business cases and supporting on-going product development initiatives. Quality and innovation are at the forefront of our work, and you'll have the opportunity to lead and collaborate with colleagues who share your curiosity and passion for making a difference.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• RbA RDI and quality operations period end closing activities
• RbA RDI and quality operations financial planning
• Baan LN Locust Grove project FP&A delivery lead
• New Product business case support
• New Product budgeting for launch through production stabilization

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS 

• Master's degree or equivalent; CPA, CMA preferred
• 7+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Excellent computer skills.
• Advanced understanding of finance & business concepts.

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
