Lead Compensation Specialist

As the Lead Compensation Specialist, you will report to the Senior Manager Global Compensation and demonstrate accountability for delivery of core global compensation plans and programs including Bonus, Reward and Recognition, Job Structure, and Salary structures.
As the Lead Compensation Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the administration of the global Bonus programs, including maintaining accurate data in the Company's HR system, managing the bonus accrual reporting and payments related to employment termination.
- Supporting the administration of the Reward and Recognition (R&R) program including monthly reporting on fringe taxes to payroll, reviewing requests for and setting up business specific recognition programs in the R&R platform, responding to escalated queries from employees / HR colleagues, managing invoicing with vendors
- Supporting the annual Market Compensation survey process, including preparation of the files for submission to different vendors, and reviewing and replying to queries from vendors on the submitted data, and reviewing and loading internal job matches into the relevant tools.
- Supporting the annual Salary and Bonus Review process, including inputting into system requirements for annual review cycles, system testing, assisting with escalated queries around calculations and payouts, oversight of integration into payroll to ensure smooth payouts, managing "out of system" exceptions due to any reason, and managing rules and payments around leave of absence in line with global governance and country regulations.
- Maintaining the field job compensation data in the Company's HR system by liaising with payroll bi-annually to collect the data, preparing the file for load and liaising with the HR shared services team to load the data
- Supporting the maintenance and upgrades of the global job catalogue, including reviewing new job requests, managing the load of any mass job changes, periodic internal audit of job catalogue
- Continuously improving global comp process, improving accuracy and efficiency through automation.
- Handling communications directly with Employees, Finance, Payrolls, Regional TR and HR Colleagues and resolve problems regarding global compensation plans
- Supporting on all compliance activities related to global compensation programs, ensuring internal controls and audit requirements are met.
- Contributing to compensation projects as a team member

- Have advanced analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities, consistently prepare accurate and timely analyses Have a high level of spreadsheet expertise (pivot tables, databases, formulas)
- Possess consultative skills, partnering with client groups to provide support and guidance in the analysis and recommendations of solutions to compensation issues
- Have an acute attention to detail and the ability to balance strong, seamless technical and operational execution.
- Be able work independently and effectively as part of a team. Establish strong working relationships with others and works well in a team environment
- Be able to proactively identify opportunity areas and take initiative to suggest resolutions
- Communicate ideas clearly and with confidence; strong verbal, written and presentation skills
- Be proactive and able to manage competing priorities, delivering quality work in a timely manner and communicating status to client groups, managers, and leaders as appropriate
- Have a Bachelor's degree preferably in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Have 4 years of HR and/or Total Rewards experience
- Previously have worked with the Workday HR platform
