Job Description*
Individual will be working with primary responsibility in software development and support. He/she will be responsible to develop code for new and the existing Instrumentation use cases, complete the assigned deliverables in a timely manner. They will also be working closely with the Agile team, Production Support Team, and involved in development activities.
Responsibilities*
* Resolve technical issues, develop code as per the given specifications.
* Follow SDLC and best practices established by the enterprise.
* Participate in team stand up calls and work grooming sessions.
* Participates as an individual contributor, completing activities as a part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
* Extensive working experience in IT Development Support activities
* In depth working experience on SQL, Java and Linux Shell Scripts
* Knowledge of Hadoop and SASGrid is desirable.
* Knowledge of Agile development and CI/CD is desirable.
Foundational skills*
* Java, J2EE, Linux Shell Scripts
* Experience with SQL server and stored procedure development (T-SQL)
* Experience in designing, developing, coding, testing and debugging new application and enhancements to existing software products
Desired skills
* Knowledge in Hadoop and SASGrid
* Knowledge of Agile development and CI/CD
