Internship Program
Immerse yourself in the world of Tiffany through our U.S. Summer Internship Program. As part of our esteemed Summer 2025 Class, you will embark on an unforgettable ten-week journey that begins with an exclusive two-day orientation in New York City — the birthplace of Tiffany & Co. During the ten weeks, you will delve into the dynamic world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the intricate facets of our business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns alike. • Dates: The internship will run from June 2, 2025 to August 8, 2025. Selected interns are expected to be available for work for the entire 10-week program.
• Location: This position will be based out of our Parsippany, NJ.
• Salary: Compensation for this internship will be $25.00 per hour.
The Intern – Global Financial Systems will bridge the gap between business strategy, business processes and controls. They will assist with financial data governance, financial application security governance and process improvement projects for global finance and accounting teams. They will work in our financial applications including but not limited to JD Edwards E1 and World, Microsoft NAV as well as other supporting finance technologies. You will be encouraged to expand your skills, test creative boundaries, share new ideas, and most importantly - have fun while learning and making an impact!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain global process and control documentation using process maps, process models, or process narratives
- Collaborate with finance and accounting process owners to maintain the Financial Data Governance processes, data and systems
- Assist with Global Financial Application Security maintenance and monitoring activities
- Participate in other special projects, assignments or tasks as directed by department management
Qualifications:
- 0-1 years of diversified finance/accounting and/or systems related experience
- Pursuing a BA/BS from an accredited university, preferably a degree in Finance/Accounting/Information Systems or Data Analytics
- Experience with ERP application/software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong process background
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred:
- Project management education or experience
- Six Sigma
