I2M Process Improvement Manager (Malvern, PA)
The I2M Process Improvement Manager ensures the successful deployment and adoption of I2M processes and tools to meet design control requirements and Philips Quality standards.
Your role:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with business goals, creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts as needed.
Oversee process standardization, deployment, and change management to ensure readiness of regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across teams.
Act as a key liaison between various stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement in product development, launch and maintenance related processes
Identify risks and proactively mitigate them to ensure project success, adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships by providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Support change management efforts, including leading migration, establishing work instructions, providing training, and overseeing technical deployment.

You’ve acquired 5+ years of relevant experience in the medical device industry, supporting engineering & product development, with demonstrated technical leadership skills.
Your skills include managing complexity, driving results, and persuading stakeholders effectively to prioritize patient safety and quality. You are experienced with industry standards like ISO 14971, IEC 62304, IEC 62366, and FDA GMP.
You have a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering and/or business discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Malvern, PA) is $135,975 to $233,100
At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
