The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager - Culture and Talent Acquisition position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include developing, maintaining and implementing the hotel's strategic objectives around culture and engagement. This role will be responsible for recruiting as well as retention, with a focus on all stages of the employee life cycle. At Hyatt, our purpose is to care for people so that they can be their best, and this role will be dedicated to the fulfillment of that purpose through all aspects of the colleague experience. This may include learning and development, coaching, recognition, and compliance. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. This person must have the ability to run a human resource office in the Director's absence.

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- 3 or more years of human resource or management experience
- Experience with recruiting preferred
