Our client, a large Real Estate company, is looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to join their team onsite in Washington DC for 1.5 months with the potential to extend starting by mid April.
As the Graphic Designer, you will be working within the Marketing and Communications team supporting the sales team.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for:
- creating both print and digital assets such as tour books, maps, templated and custom brochures, proposals, presentations, communications material, window signage, client marketing plans, custom e-blasts, interactive InDesign files, infographics, and more
- coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information
- ensuring that all work is delivered on time and is in line with brand guidelines
- reviewing marketing material and acting as a point of contact for various groups to coordinate the completion of property information packages
- coordinating the preparation and production of client specific property packages
- generate standard and ad hoc reports and assisting with website updates
- coordinating advertising schedules and placements with local centralized marketing group
- responding to common questions or complaints
- presenting information to sales professionals
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of graphic design experience ideally in the Real Estate industry or in a corporate setting
- proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- able to edit templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign
- strong communication and collaboration while working with the team
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
