Our client, a well known commercial real estate company, is currently looking to hire a freelance Designer to join their growing team. You must have deep experience with complex multi-page documents.
This opportunity is onsite 5 days/40hrs/week in a beautiful and recently updated downtown Dallas office. There is a great and professional company culture, a fitness center, kitchen with snacks and free parking. This role will start off for 2-3 months with potential to extend based on business need and performance. A MAC laptop with monitors/work station will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Join a quick paced and growing team to assist with design support for one of their teams
- Use expert skills in InDesign to create assets as needed, under tight deadlines
- Create offering memorandums, presentations, booklets and/or brochures following brand guidelines
- Create logos, infographics and use excellent layout for a variety of high volume projects
- Some of the work will be production design, while sometimes there is a need for more custom support
Requirements:
- 5+ years of well rounded corporate, professional services and/or real estate design experience
- Expertise within InDesign especially, and the creative suite and PPT
- Ability to be onsite in Downtown Dallas 5 days/week while being part of a high-performing team, working on sometimes very tight deadlines and in a very fast paced work environment
- Experience handling multiple high-volume projects simultaneously, and managing priorities and multiple personalities
- Proactive and resourceful, professional business acumen
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
