Director Lee Chamber of Commerce Qualifications Experience and proven track record of managing staff/operations Knowledge of Lee and Berkshire County business community and culture Excellent communication, event management, and organizational skills Experience in an externally facing role (e.g., community relations, public relations, development, etc.) Ability to build relationships and develop new partnerships/collaborations Responsibilities Working in partnership with the Chamber's Board of Directors, the Executive Director will guide the implementation of strategic priorities, building relationships, providing resources/services to the business community, raising the visibility of the work of the Chamber and its members, and manage/direct all facets of social media, including a weekly newsletter. Financial/Budgetary administration (Quickbooks experience preferred but not required); provide leadership to all aspects of the Lee Chamber of Commerce, and will manage all chamber events, including Chamber Mixers, Annual Golf Tournament, Lee Founders Weekend, and other community events.
