- Client is looking for a Candidate who is local to the job location with Fraud Experience and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR'S) and Prior Banking or Credit Union experience
Summary:
- 500+ ATM fraud cases to review (full investigation needs to be completed)
- 400+ non-Card fraud cases to review (full investigation and referrals to BSA)
- Heavy volumes in MSP tickets
- Large increase in card claims escalations
- Daily negative share reviews & sending hold harmless notices
Qualifications:
- Prior Banking or Credit Union experience
- Some knowledge of fraud is beneficial
- High level of experience engaging members/customers over the phone
- Ability to engage in difficult discussions
- Critical thinking skills and situational decision-making skills

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $30 - $30 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
