Job Summary
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for create a positive and fun environment for the associates by leading the team to provide prompt, professional exceptional service to guests. The position will assist the Manager(s) with the supervision of all F&B outlets including the execution of events.
Duties & Functions
• Supervise daily F&B operations, establishing and maintaining policies and procedures
• Interact with guests to investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
• Perform and assist in some service tasks, such as assisting guests, stocking shelves, counting inventory, and cashier duties when necessary
• Ensure associates are kept informed of any changes in policies or events.
• Ensure that department goals are communicated, understood, and met by all employees
• Assist in constructive feedback conversations with associates to help them to perform their jobs better
• Responsible for engaging the guests at every table with friendly dialogue
• Provide a safe working environment by ensuring compliance with safety programs and Health Department requirements
• Directly working with the management team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality service standards
• Ensuring food and beverages are being served in a professional and timely manner
• Assist in service training and completion of daily shift
• All other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications & Standards
• Experience working in a restaurant, F&B and supervisory experience preferred
• On time and reliable for execution of business needs
• Enjoy interacting with people in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must possess a positive attitude and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Must be willing to participate in a learning environment.
• Must be able to quickly adapt to effectively using new software products.
• Must be dependable and available to work weekends, nights and/or holidays based on business demands.
