The Opportunity
You will be part of the Budgeting & Reporting team within the Behring FP&A group. You will develop and consolidate budgets and forecasts and support other planning requirements for the Behring business, and provide planning support to the Finance Partners.
The Role
1. Manage the global roll up of a business process, ensuring the accurate consolidation ensuring all requirements are met observing the global financial timetables.
2. Provide financial planning analysis and support to the responsible Finance Partners including issue resolution and preparation of planning presentations.
3. Support the Finance Partners in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and other planning requirements in SAP BPC.
4. Support the updates to the Planning Activity calendar, working with the Finance Partners to ensure deliverable dates are maintained and achieved.
5. Participate in relevant functional business meetings and projects to build business understanding.
6. Support digital transformation projects, and promote ongoing process improvements including items identified through planning lessons learned and the use of advanced analytics to lead operating efficiencies.
7. Own and maintain relevant master data objects for the supported global function, including cost center hierarchies and functional area / market dimensions.
8. Provide back up and support to the Behring FP&A Reporting & Insights team in the resolution of questions, issues and evaluation related to the planning cycles, and providing support where required for monthly reporting requirements for assigned function(s).
9. Participate in the global FP&A Community of Practice across the CSL Group to provide support and insights, learn from colleagues and to maintain consistency of practice while delivering to internal customers' requirements.
Your Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business analytics. Master's degree in related field a plus.
- 1-3 years' experience in finance or business analytics. Budget preparation, reporting with global responsibility, or an understanding of production operations or commercial processes are a plus.
- Experience with visualization software such as PowerBI is advantageous.
- Experience in global scientific/pharmaceutical industry desirable.
- There is a requirement policy to work in the office 50% of the time.
