Job Description:
Apex Systems is looking for candidates for a Financial Analyst position for one of our biggest financial clients in Charlotte, NC. If you are interested, please send your resume to [email protected].
Location: Charlotte, NC - must be open to hybrid onsite work at least 3x/wk
Type: 12+ month contract with potential to extend
We are only able to work on a W2 basis, no Corp to Corp. Must be able to work on our W2 without sponsorship!
Required Skills:
- 5+ years SQL coding experience
- 2+ years in capital/ Basel RWA rules
- VBA coding
- BA degree preferred
- Support of Consumer RWA calculations
- Month end and quarter end responsibilities for calculating RWA using Saber (internal application used for calculations)
- Ad hoc research on variances by running SQL code and digging into data
- Review Basel rules and ensure calculations are in line with rules; documentation of alignment with rules including SQL code review
- Implementation of new code to run B3E calculations
- Transition of calculation from current Saber solution to a new application, Saber Connect
