As a Field Sales Representative you will take ownership for the accounts and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationships. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that deliver new and existing sales opportunities.
As a Field Sales Specialist - Drill Bits you will be responsible for:
- Acting as primary point of contact and trusted advisor to customers for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
- Handling complex products and systems requiring technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.
- Responding to customer needs, wants and expectations.
- Evaluating the suitability and use of drill bits and components, ensuring successful and safe downhole drilling activities.
- Will travel 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. through the Alaska North Slope
- Operate a forklift and overhead crane - will train if needed.
- Will bring equipment/tools to client's sites - able to lift at least 50 pounds.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a Drilling Services Industry.
- 3 plus experience with client relations
- Some knowledge of Baker Hughes Drilling Services products and processes is preferred but not required.
- Experience working as a filed employee in the oil gas industry is preferred.
- Able to lift at least 50 pounds.

- This position will require you to work 12-hour shifts in various weather conditions in the Alaska North Slope. Will travel 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. through the Alaska North Slope
