We are on the hunt for a seasoned Field Marketing Manager with a passion for grassroots strategy and local engagement. This role is central to drive enrollment for our higher education client in Garland, TX. This requires an individual with deep knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth region particularly Garland, TX and its unique community dynamics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketer who thrives on building strategic relationships, executing field campaigns, and achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
-Community Partnerships: Forge meaningful collaborations with local organizations, such as women's shelters, small businesses, and training programs, to establish trust and increase campus visibility.
-Field Campaigns Management: Oversee dynamic brand ambassador programs targeting key community locations.
-Event Activation: Take ownership of marketing efforts surrounding the Garland campus grand opening on May 8th, leveraging this event to develop and implement long-term outreach strategies.
-Performance Analysis: Use data to drive decision-making, focusing on cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI) to optimize and scale field campaigns.
-Team Leadership & Training: Educate and empower teams with communication strategies and grassroots playbooks, enabling replicable, high-impact marketing models.
-Challenges Mitigation: Develop solutions for local student recruitment challenges, including redirecting prospects from Dallas or online programs to Garland. Address gaps in PR and organizational coordination.
Qualifications:
-Extensive experience in field marketing, with expertise in managing grassroots campaigns and brand ambassador initiatives.
-Proven track record in building and nurturing community-focused partnerships.
-Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and inform strategies.
-Background in guerrilla marketing and data-driven campaign design.
-Ability to lead training initiatives, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across teams.
Location Requirement: This position is based in Garland, TX. Candidates must have local expertise and be actively involved in the community. This role will only require onsite presence for events and activations but should be in close proximity to the Garland area.
