Executive Creative Director
Position Overview
Our Agency Client is looking for an innovative, boundary pushing Executive Creative Director to join their team! This is a full time opportunity based out of Atlanta, Georgia. The client is prioritizing candidates in the Greater Atlanta area. This role is hybrid with two days in office, with Tuesday mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the creative direction for creative campaigns, specifically social media focused
- Mentor and guide the creative team to enhance their skills and creative output + create staffing plans
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and objectives + building RFPs and assisting with new business development
- Manage project timelines, budgets, strategy and resources to ensure on-time delivery of creative assets.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Generative AI tools to enhance creative production.
- Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team
- Strategically plan and executive creative directions that align with long-term goals.
Qualifications / Must haves:
- 10+ years in a creative leadership role in an agency and experience as an Executive Creative Director
- Has led teams of 15+ including managers and ability to travel 20%
- Solid portfolio showing campaigns and design acumen.
- Expertise in branding, marketing, and advertising as well as project management, client management and new business development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with Generative AI.
- Proven track record of working cross functionally among other teams such as strategy, business development, account, and project management teams.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
