Job Description Summary:
Bel Brands is excited to offer an entry-level opportunity within our Supply Chain function working on the Customer Service team in which you will have the opportunity to learn the forefront of managing our supply chain relationships with our valued customers. Your responsibilities may include ensuring smooth order management, swiftly resolving any issues, and ensuring punctual delivery and accurate invoicing. You'll have the opportunity to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, learn how to identify order trends and drive efficiency for our customers and Bel Brands. In addition, you’ll gain experience in navigating through various software environments to process customer orders and provide exceptional support to our Regional Sales Managers. Essential duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for learning all aspects of supply chain relationship with assigned customers, including receipt of purchase orders and ensuring prompt resolution of any issues which may arise from the time the order is placed through on time delivery and invoicing of the purchase order
- Work on establishing and maintaining positive and effective relationships with key internal and external customers
- Utilize SAP order management system to process customer orders, complete order changes, and monitor compliance of all assigned accounts
- Audit pricing on customer orders to ensure it is aligned with Bel SAP system, working with RSM, Brokers, and Finance to correct discrepancies
- Process customer orders which includes but is not limited to sample requests, donation orders, return orders
- Support RSM requests for samples, product availability, filling out customer forms and delivery inquiries
- Liaise with Commercial Master Data and Sales to edit, add, and inactive customer entities in SAP
- Build understanding and learn to navigate in 3 distinct software environments: SAP, 3rd Party Logistics, and SPS Commerce
Qualifications and Competencies
- Minimum 1-year of relevant experience in a customer-focused or consumer packaged goods (CPG) setting, with a preference for a similar role in supply chain or logistics.
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management is preferred, and additional experience will be considered in place of a degree.
- Proficiency in SAP order-to-invoice processing and reporting, Intermediate knowledge of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Aptitude for learning order-to-invoice processing system.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships.

Working Conditions: This job is Chicago Remote. Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours with at least 40 hours a week. At times there will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines and other concerns.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 with 5% bonus
