Job Summary: The Program Leader is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement in ERP processes and systems across multiple projects within the ERP Program. The Program Leader will work to advance the Enterprise Core Strategy in combination of other Enterprise initiatives directly related to the ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the ERP program strategy in alignment with the company's business goals and in partnership with key Business Leaders.

Program Management: Oversee the ERP program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing across multiple projects. Responsibility to lead across efforts and bring consistency in messaging, delivery, and partnership with the Business Leaders.

Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of ERP project managers, analysts, and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to ensure the ERP program meets their needs and expectations.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the ERP program, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the ERP program budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with ERP vendors and service providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality services and products.

Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the ERP system across the organization.

Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the ERP program.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in ERP processes and systems, leveraging best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP program management or a related role, with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations. Experience managing diverse technical staff in a mix of onshore and offshore settings.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), project management tools, and system integration.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Display past ability to facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

Project Management: Extensive experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: ERP-related certifications and project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in a manufacturing environment.

Working Conditions:

Environment: Office-based with occasional travel to other company locations or vendor sites.

Hybrid Work Model: Minimum of 3 days a week in the office with possibility of additional time for in-person working sessions.  

Hours: Full-time, with occasional overtime or weekend work as needed.

SALARY INFORMATION:

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. In addition to your pay, Andersen Corporation currently offers benefits such as comprehensive health benefits, 401k contribution, paid time off, 8 paid standard holidays, plus 2 floating holidays, a robust employee Wellbeing program, as well as profit sharing (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
