Job Title: Enterprise Analyst
Location: Remote - Candidates MUST be located in one of the four states in to: Oregon, Washington, Idaho or Utah.
Duration: 12-month contract to hire opportunity
Pay Rate: $45/hour
Start Date: 10/15/2024
Top 3 Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with large projects in an Enterprise Analyst role REQUIRED; 8-10 years is typical for success in the role
- Healthcare background
- Ability to lay out an analysis plan and approach on large and/or complex project or programs (>20 teams 100+ stakeholders)
- Ability to manage expectations with stakeholders on large, ambiguous assignments
- Ability to facilitate large group discussions, excellent interviewing & facilitation skills
- Ability to manage change (track and communicate change to align team in common understanding)
- Makes significant contributions to improving team effectiveness through changes to the methodology, tools, and/or team processes
- Ability to work independently, to prioritize work, meet deadlines and achieve operational standards
- Experience in healthcare, specifically how healthcare products work (familiarity with concept of how health insurance industry works)
- Familiarity with regulated environments (healthcare, finance, govt, oil/gas)
- Ability to facilitate large group discussions to elicit scope and requirements
- Familiarity with matrixed environment – working in large organizations where you are coordinating with people in multiple corporate "silos"
