B2B Engagement Manager / Business Development Marketing
This role will be ongoing, fully remote and working 30+ hours/week
Position Overview
The B2B Engagement Manager / Business Development Marketing role is responsible for driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives aimed at identifying leads and developing relationships within healthcare systems. This position focuses on creating engagement strategies that effectively promote our services and enhance brand visibility in the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads within healthcare systems and organizations
- Implement a scoring system to measure leads based on engagement (e.g., attending webinars, downloading reports) and continuously provide access to Business Development leaders
- Collaborate with internal BD leaders and potentially external partners (e.g., database providers or consulting firms) and search on LinkedIn to build and maintain email lists of decision-makers at healthcare systems that could be potential partners for Solis Mammography.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop thought leadership content
- Outline thought leadership topics that are appealing to healthcare C-suite executives (e.g., managing the rollout of new AI in healthcare systems, consumerism and retail healthcare, trends in womens health, joint ventures for healthcare systems)
- Coordinate quarterly webinars. Work with internal partners to secure speakers, create presentations, and manage webinar logistics.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and lead generation metrics
- Cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders and prospects
- Develop communication strategies for post-event follow-ups and lead nurturing
- Contribute to multi-channel marketing initiatives including press releases and blog posts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing and business development
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems and consumerism
- Proven ability to develop engagement strategies that drive results
- Experience with lead generation tactics and calendar planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics
