We are seeking a passionate individual to join our growing DTC marketing team. The Email & SMS Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing email and SMS marketing campaigns, creating automated flows, analyzing marketing performance, generating leads, setting up marketing automation, and using email marketing software to drive sales.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross functional marketing teams to drive email & SMS communications that drive meaningful sales achievements.
- Own the e-mail briefing and SMS marketing execution.
- Assemble content deliverables from cross functional partners.
- Create, schedule, QA and send marketing emails and SMS sends.
- Track primary metric and develop benchmarks inclusive of revenue and engagement metrics.
- Partner with digital team to execute on A/B testing strategies.
- Support strategies for behavioral e-mail and SMS programs inclusive of welcome series, post-purchase and re-engagement programs.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing
- Proficient in Excel
- Highly organized and skilled in time management
- Team player with demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be a creative problem solver
- Experience with e-mail or SMS scheduling tools
