Email Marketing Specialist

Position Overview
Our client, a fast-growing meat alternative product, is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to assist their marketing team! The ideal candidate will focus on developing and executing email marketing campaigns that engage customers and drive conversions. This role requires expertise in Klaviyo and a deep understanding of email marketing strategies and platform setup. This will be a 1-2 week project, fully remote position and the client estimates 20-30 hours of work per week, with the potential for future ad-hoc work. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales
• Manage and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo
• Set up and maintain email marketing platforms and ensure proper integration with other marketing tools
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide reports to stakeholders
• Segment email lists and personalize content to improve open and click-through rates
• Collaborate with the content team to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and objectives
• Conduct QA auditing of email campaigns to ensure accuracy and functionality

Qualifications

• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on e-commerce
• Strong proficiency in Klaviyo and email platform setup
• Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Nice to have: experience in copywriting, proofreading, and QA auditing
