Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sewer and Drain Manager to oversee our sewer and drain division. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven sales background in sewer and drains who can manage a team, ensure high-quality service, and uphold Plumbing Masters' reputation for superior customer care.
Base Salary Range:$85,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and mentor the sewer and drain team to achieve operational excellence.
Host weekly drain meetings to discuss goals, progress, and challenges.
Conduct one-on-one meetings with camera and drain technicians to provide guidance, track performance, and drive improvement.
Coordinate and schedule sewer and drain services, ensuring timely and efficient job completion.
Supervise and participate in the diagnosis and repair of sewer and drain issues.
Maintain compliance with AZ plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.
Monitor and manage inventory of tools, equipment, and materials for sewer and drain jobs.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure exceptional service delivery from start to finish.
Work closely with other departments to support business goals and maximize efficiency.
Track performance metrics, provide regular reports, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in sewer and drain services or a related plumbing role.
Proven sales background in sewer and drain services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Leadership experience with the ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of sewer and drain systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
Familiarity with AZ plumbing codes, OSHA regulations, and safety best practices.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
