Director of Digital Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail/Fashion Director of Digital Marketing to lead our clients digital strategy with a balance of tactical execution. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital marketing strategies and tactics across all digital channels, with the goal of increasing brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue.
Position Overview
The Director of Digital Marketing will lead the development and execution of innovative digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase revenue. This role oversees all digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and social media management, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and engagement.
- Oversee SEO and SEM initiatives to improve search engine rankings and increase visibility.
- Manage and optimize social media channels to enhance brand presence and customer interaction.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing messaging and branding.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
