We are currently recruiting for a Director Global Oncology Marketing for Lung cancer for our Company's oncology business. The Global Marketing Director will lead strategies and marketing efforts for Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and play a critical role supporting Scientific Engagement, Access, and Early Stage Disease strategies.
The position will be based in Rahway, NJ and will report to the Executive Director, Global Marketing for NSCLC.
The position will require outstanding leadership in Product Management, Strategic Thinking, and Scientific Engagement. This experienced marketer's role will focus on the evolution of our Company's scientific, disease, and market access strategies for current and future NSCLC indications.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:
Evolution of the NSCLC Early-Stage Resectable Disease strategy
Lung Liaison on the organization's Pan-Tumor Early-Stage Squad
Collaboration with Medical Affairs on strategic choices for advisory boards, thought leader engagements, medical symposia, webcasts, and speaker forums
Lung Disease lead for the evolution of the organization's Early Detection / Screening and Novel Markers of Response strategic approaches and implementation in early-stage NSCLC working in conjunction with Precision Marketing team
Lead in liaising with Outcomes Research, Global Market Access and cross-functional colleagues in setting strategic and innovative approaches to securing access for patients with early-stage NSCLC
Collaboration with Regional Marketing Leads to ensure strategic alignment and key tactics for local market understanding/readiness
Point responsibility for digital strategies to enhance customer experiences
Liaising cross functionally on the development of global and regional workshops and assisting on new indication launches
Assisting in new product development providing commercial input on activities including commercial assessments, Target Product Profile development, demand/revenue forecasting, and BD&L activities
The position will require:

demonstrated ability of dynamic thinking to work towards solutions across a complex set of stakeholders, including research and development, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, market analytics, Promotional Review Team, scientific communications, etc to successfully navigate the internal environments and deliver value to our key global stakeholders and markets
thoughtful and rapid communications to a broad audience providing implications and guidance for key market events
management of agency/vendor partners
Qualifications:
Minimum of a BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 6+ year's pharmaceutical business experience required.
Minimum 4 years oncology marketing experience is preferred.
Preferred: Experience in local or global marketing, oncology sales, development of product strategy, product/indication launch, and Lung experience.
Strong leadership, problem solving, teamwork, analytical, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills are required.
Experience with collaboration, influencing without authority and working successfully with cross-functional teams is required.
This position requires approximately 15-20% travel, including some weekends.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job in certain states and cities within the United States. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate's relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected US salary range:
