Our agency client is seeking a digital project coordinator to their team!

This role is:
- Freelance at 37.5 hours/week with potential to convert to full-time employment in future
- Hybrid, on site 3 days per week - Tuesday and Wednesdays (can choose 3rd day as preferred)
- Paying $30-45/hour depending on experience, to potentially convert at up to $85k/year.
Minimum requirements for experience:
- Agency experience (required)
- 3 to 5 years of experience working on websites and other online experiences (sites, landing pages, and email)
- Strong project management, communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the web development process
Bonus skills:
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and PM platforms (like Basecamp, Trello, and FileMaker)
- Background as a web developer or web producer
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Evaluate project parameters and information to determine team needs and best path to completion. Collaborate with team members as necessary.
- Assign team members to projects based on capabilities and availability.
- Define strategy in conjunction with team members, helping to define project goals, measurement strategy, optimal user experience and best practices.
- Work closely with Senior Project Managers (SPM) to facilitate online components of larger campaigns and other integrated work.
- Schedule and facilitate project kick-off meetings, internal reviews and any necessary touch-base meetings.
- Develop a project plan for bringing the project to completion. This will be mainly for your use but could serve as a tool for the team as well.
- Assist in the estimating process for projects, with the assistance of the Digital Director, the Senior Project Manager and Creative Technologist as needed.
- Monitor project parameters, alerting the team to potential threats to budget or timelines.
- Coordinate and manage internal and third-party resources, making sure the right stakeholders are present in meetings, to move projects to completion.
- Coordinate Action Requests by reviewing, assigning and monitoring the work to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize project management systems to facilitate the workflow of projects, assisting other team members on how to use the platforms.
- Trouble-shoot and provide solutions to keep projects moving forward.
- During the development phase, work with the Creative Technologist and the development team to ensure required assets and clear directions are provided.
- Participate in the QA process for websites and other digital projects, evaluating QA items to ensure they fall within scope.
- Assist in website CMS (primarily WordPress) content updates if necessary.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
