Our marketing team recently launched a global brand update and a new website, and now we’re on a mission to amplify marketing’s impact on the business. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will take a key role in shaping our strategy and driving execution, helping us achieve our ambitious growth goals. This position combines strategic planning with hands-on implementation, making it an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer eager to make a big impact on a small, dynamic team.

What You’ll Do:
* Lead Digital Strategy: Own the strategy and execution for digital marketing campaigns across web, email, social media, and digital advertising to attract, engage, and convert audiences.
* Content Creation & Publishing: Develop and manage a content calendar, including web pages, blogs, videos, social posts, email campaigns, and print collateral. Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver impactful content that supports business objectives.
* Optimize Campaign Performance: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pardot, Salesforce) and implement data-driven optimizations to improve results.
* Enhance Website Performance: Manage website updates and content publishing using WordPress. Drive SEO/SEM strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.
* Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and customer needs.
* Build Brand Awareness: Promote PAR’s key differentiators and capabilities through compelling messaging that deepens relationships with existing customers and attracts new ones.
* Plan & Execute Campaigns: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads, nurture prospects, and drive customer retention.
* Analyze & Report Results: Set and track KPIs for all digital marketing efforts, delivering actionable insights to company leadership.

We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Our starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $95,000 – 115,000 annually

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, engineering, business, or a related field.
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including content creation, campaign management, and analytics. B2B marketing experience preferred.
* Ability to understand and translate complex technical content into clear, compelling value propositions and audience-focused messaging across digital channels.
* Proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including CRM systems (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms (Pardot or similar), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and CMS platforms (WordPress).
* Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills, with a proven track record of creating effective content for digital channels.
* Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and driving measurable results.
* Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
