Digital Designer IV

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Designer IV to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media design and agency experience, bringing innovative ideas to life through visually appealing designs. This role requires proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to produce captivating digital content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics for social media platforms that align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop design concepts for campaigns.
• Design and produce high-quality assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions.
• Ensure consistency of visual identity across all digital channels and platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to enhance the quality of work.
• Assist in the development of motion graphics and animations when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital design role, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Motion Design, Canva, and Blender is required.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
