VAS Designer - this role is fully remote.
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented VAS Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing Value-Added Services (VAS) that enhance user experiences and drive consumer engagement. You will leverage your expertise in eye tracking and 3M VAS methodologies to create innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop value-added service (VAS) concepts using eye tracking techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate VAS into existing products and services.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Utilize 3M VAS tools and methodologies to create effective and attractive service designs.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor offerings to enhance design solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in VAS design with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in eye tracking technology and its application in design.
- Familiarity with 3M VAS tools and frameworks.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) is a plus.
- Production skills are advantageous.
