Description:What You Will Be Doing
The Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) Depot Sustainment Liaison will be located at Robins AFB, GA and will be responsible for the leadership and execution of sustainment activities in support of Robins AFB, and other Air Logistics Complexes (ALC) and/or Fleet Readiness Centers (FRC), as needed.
Depot Sustainment Liaison efforts will include:
* Achieve schedule, technical and quality performance targets in support of workload requirements, goals, and objectives.
* Maintain oversight of MRO deliveries to ensure on-time and on-cost deliveries
* Principal Sustainment point of contact for execution and delivery of Sustainment products and services in support of WR-ALC and other ALC and/or FRC workloads, as needed.
* Engage with senior level United States Government (USG) customers, suppliers, and LM leadership on significant matters often requiring coordination and collaboration between organizations.
* Attend partner production reviews to identify support requirements and opportunities
* Facilitate and strengthen collaborative relationships with USG Customers and Partners to create a strong public-private partnership culture
* Coordinate and align support from all program and sustainment areas at Robins AFB to achieve desired results
* Provides planning and guidance for various functional teams that deploy sustainment services to Robins AFB or other locations as needed
* Assess, evaluate, and facilitate continuous process improvement efforts to maximize partnership outcomes
* Maximize strengths of Lockheed Martin to deliver more readiness at less cost in concert with USG partners

Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant and technical modifications, repair, overhaul, and upgrade experience
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement solutions to resolve complex and large-scale technical issues/challenges
* Demonstrated ability to foster customer relationships
* Demonstrated experience in leading complex and diverse teams
* Wide variety of customer experience, with specific experience supporting a government customer.
Desired Skills:
* Experience executing or supporting USAF Air Logistics Complex or US Navy Fleet Readiness Center workloads
* Knowledge of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Sustainment processes, systems and structure
* Holds logistics experience across all Integrated Logistics Support elements including Mods/Maintenance Repair and Overhaul, Supply, Provisioning, Technical Publications, Field Services, Support Equipment, and Training
* Demonstrated ability to develop and negotiate partnership solutions that produce a positive outcome for a variety of internal and external stakeholders
* Adept at working within matrix organizations for successful execution.
* Excellent communication and relationship skills, both verbal and written, with the proven ability to communicate to all levels internally and externally
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
