Overview:

• In this assignment, you will:
  • Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Data Management
  • Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
  • Provide expertise to organization’s senior leadership on innovative Data Management business solutions

• 7+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Candidates must have experience requirements gathering and completing data analysis.
• Needs to be a self-starter who has led requirements sessions.
• Ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong understanding of the requirements analysis lifecycle, Data analysis, Financial experience and strong foundational RDBMS expertise.

• Work experience with efforts in coordination/management, current process assessment and improvement experience
• Experience writing business requirements as JIRA stories
• Experience working in Agile Scrum & Kanban environments
• Strong data profiling and data analytics
• Strong SQL writing experience (joins, unions, sub-queries)
• Experience understanding pseudo-SQL code
