Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative

Full-time Position: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in a dynamic and fast-paced front desk environment. This role involves managing a high volume of incoming calls as well as assisting walk-in customers. Your primary duties will include providing comprehensive customer service by taking detailed messages, gathering essential information for insurance quotes and adjustments on their existing policies, and processing payments both in-person and over the phone. We need a reliable candidate who possesses excellent verbal communication skills and enjoys direct interaction with clients. Computer proficiency is a required skill to ensure efficiency in the execution of daily tasks.
