Join Our Dedicated Team and Make a Difference!

At Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, we believe in the power of teamwork and the impact of a clean, safe environment. As part of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of patients, visitors, and staff. You won't just be cleaning rooms-you'll be helping to create a healing space where patients can recover, and caregivers can focus on what they do best.

As a valued member of our support team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities, including:

Our team is essential in providing a safe and welcoming environment. Your work will directly contribute to the health and safety of everyone in our care. From disinfecting high-touch surfaces to preventing the spread of harmful pathogens, your role is critical in the fight against infection and ensuring a safe space for all.

In this position, you will:

  • Make a difference in the care and experience of all the patients and visitors to Legacy Emanuel and Randall's Children's Hospitals.
  • Be part of the frontline of healthcare, directly interacting with patients-including COVID-positive individuals-to actively prevent disease from spreading.
  • Be trained to handle medical waste, including biohazards, blood products, bodily fluids, sharps disposal, linen, and pharmaceutical waste.

You'll also have the opportunity to:

  • Start your career in healthcare and see all the opportunities to grow and develop within one of the largest healthcare providers in the Pacific Northwest.
  • Work with a team that is one of the most culturally diverse departments at Legacy Emanuel.

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Are passionate about supporting the healthcare community.
  • Take pride in their work and attention to detail.
  • Are committed to following safety protocols and infection control standards.

You'll be part of a larger, supportive team that works together to make our hospital a place where healing happens. Join us and be a part of something bigger-where every task is meaningful, and every day makes a difference.
