HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role typical reports into the Sr Manager, Customer Retention and is on-site 4 days a week.
60%: Customer Retention Strategy Coordination

  • Serve as key contributor for strategic customer retention programs
  • Serve as a key liaison between Carter’s brands, marketing, and external partners
  • Manage creative, briefing, delivery and asset rotation for retention programs
  • Manage retention project timelines and lead teams to successful, on-time completion
  • Manage weekly results reporting for retention programs and communicate results regularly through informal and formal presentations; provide recommendations to brand partners and Executive Leadership
  • Contribute to brainstorming new initiatives to drive customer engagement
  • Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve strategies

30%: Loyalty Program & PLCC Support

  • Serve as team player in driving existing and new loyalty initiatives
  • Stay up to date with loyalty market and competition; use insights for future strategy
  • Assist in driving business progress and day-to-day management of assigned tasks within loyalty and Carter’s private label credit card (PLCC) when needed

10%: Customer Activation Team (CAT) Support

  • Drive positive engagement within CAT team
  • Serve as CAT team representative amongst peers to field new and innovative ideas

  • Strong written, verbal, and communication skills
  • Superior project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, persistent follow-up and an ability to juggle shifting priorities
  • Self-starter and ability to manage and own priorities and deliverables
  • Proactive in all aspects
  • Resourceful and solution oriented

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Demonstrates above-average strategic approach & ability to professionally communicate big-picture business strategy
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional team efforts
  • Team player. Operates effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality of work
  • Understanding of marketing asset development process a plus
  • Retail experience a plus
