Job Description:
Responsibilities:
-Serve as the central point of communication for multiple concurrent projects ensuring all team members are on track with deliverables, providing project updates, identifying and troubleshoot timeline risks, and reviewing deliverables for accuracy against project scopes.
-Effectively and efficiently plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources working across projects based on scope of work and project goals.
-Manage creative asset proofing, which includes reviewing each round to ensure requested updates have been made.
-Communicate changes and provide status updates to internal stakeholders.
-Identify and proactively address any barriers that may cause delays.
-Build strong working relationships across the organization, establishing yourself with internal stakeholders as a trusted resource and advisor.
-Manage the file management system

-Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects, moving parts, and timelines
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-A meticulous attention to detail
-Demonstrated ability to navigate within ambiguity

Qualifications
-5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced ad agency or marketing department managing multiple cross functional projects simultaneously.
-Experience with using Asana or a similar project management tool
-Experience in multi-channel marketing environments with an understanding of creative production, including emails, organic and paid media, and flyers.
-Solid understanding of creative design, campaign management, and production processes with a proven ability to use analytical thinking and an innovative mindset to adapt project plans while delivering on time.
