COURT ATTENDANT

Part-Time Court Attendant to support judge by maintaining order and security in the courtroom, making official announcements, assisting with court proceedings, and may assist with apprehension, arrest, and conviction of offenders against the law; Key responsibilities include administering oaths, serving court documents, directing litigants and attorneys, executing court orders, including bench warrants when required.

The role involves record-keeping and various administrative tasks. Appointees must have knowledge of court practices and procedures, proficiency in English communication, ability to follow oral directives and learn quickly, and strong interpersonal skills. $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
