About this role:
We are seeking a Core Receivables Product Manager Director to join GP&L within SDI. This individual will be responsible for managing the cash (branch deposits, vault deposits, smart safes, lockbox, remote deposit capture and incoming Wires, ACH and Instant Payments products), defining and implementing product level strategies that align with the overall Receivables strategy. Identifies & develops new products leveraging current state while assessing growth & innovation opportunities. Partners with Sales & Banking to develop differentiated segment-level strategies. Develops & executes the Paper-to-Electronic strategy across Payables, Merchant and Card. Responsible for meeting financial goals (P&L / budget), managing risk, assessing opportunities and VoC. The success of these strategies will be the transformation of our clients’ approach to payments. The role requires an understanding of corporate payments, an ability to articulate clearly a strategic vision, and the discipline to implement it successfully. Experience with exploring and incorporating third party products into an existing product suite would be useful, as would familiarity with Agile development. In this role, you will:
- Manage creation, ownership, and execution of segment strategy
- Develop & establish monthly reporting with KPIs & OKRs, to support the assessment of progress against strategy
- Ownership of the P&L, with analysis of performance and action plans for under performance
- Lead adoption of solution sets to support the focus segments targeted for growth & engagement
- Oversee the product roadmap for the receivable solutions and analyze market trends to ensure customer satisfaction and competitive advantage
- Develop and lead GTM strategies
- Collaborate and influence on combined sales, marketing, and branding materials
- Leverage data for existing and new clients, and monitor progress to meet business objectives & strategy for new client capture & deepen existing relationships
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Product Management or leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience

- Expertise in research methodologies, including user research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire research teams
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a track record of delivering actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Adept at working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities
- Understanding of emerging digital technologies and trends
- Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is a plus
- Experience in managing budgets, resources, and working with vendors/contracts
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to create clarity and structure in a complex environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Social Sciences, Data Science, Marketing, Business), advanced degree preferred
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
