Content Writer / Creator
Position Overview
Our client, a growing agency, is looking for a freelance Content Writer / Creator to assist their team part-time, 100% remote. The client estimates that this will be ad-hoc work, typically 15-20 hours per week. You will need your own computer.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the voice behind their client's content, and craft engaging, high-quality copy that connects key audiences
- Write content across blogs, social media, print, email campaigns, etc and translate complex information into easily consumed copy -work with SEO experts, strategists, marketing and web developers, etc. to bring their client's stories to life
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and style of each client
- Conduct thorough research on key topics, trends, and target audiences
- Proofread / edit content to ensure it is error-free, and accurate
- Ensure all copy is optimized across specific audiences / platforms
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a content writer or content creator, preferably in a healthcare or related field
- Strong writing skills and a portfolio that reflects your abilities (both long form and short form content)
- Ability to synthesize complex information, and make it easily accessible to all audiences
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ability to proofread / QA all work
