Our well known financial services client is looking to bring on a contract (W2) Content Architect
Our business partners continue to evolve their operating models and expect Learning Enablement to meet their needs in a timely fashion. Technology is evolving quickly, both internally and externally. We need to prepare to meet the demands of our clients.
Our content architecture has not changed in 20 years. To keep up with business needs and technology transformation, we must evaluate our content architecture and gain an understanding of our strengths, opportunities, and risks.
Objective:
To enhance our content strategy and align with new priorities, we propose hiring a content architect contractor.
Responsibilities:

Analysis of existing content architecture, including the structure, categorization, and flow of content on our platforms.

Researching and evaluating how enterprise technology may impact content architecture.

Identifying risks and impacts of current and future technology systems and tools such as AI, contextual help, Adobe, Acrolinx and Coveo.

Providing a comprehensive recommendation.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of content management systems, user experience design, search engine best practices, and AI.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $72 to $80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
