What You’ll Do: Responsible for providing active leadership to the outpatient service locations such as Assertive Community Treatment (ACT), Specialized Treatment Services (STS) and Competency to ensure the successful operation of clinical service lines. In collaboration with management and staff, the Clinical Program Supervisor will identify opportunities to standardize and streamline clinical services or workflows, establishing standards and processes which ensure organizational resources are being utilized to optimal levels. This position will demonstrate a commitment and provide leadership for SummitStone Health Partner’s values by delivering visionary and operational leadership while fostering trust, collaboration, and a diverse and inclusive environment. ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) uses an evidence-based model of service to treat clients with the highest mental health needs who have not been successful in traditional outpatient services. The team includes psychiatrists, a therapist, nurses, a substance abuse counselor, and case managers, to wrap services around the client with the goal of keeping the client in the community. Most services are provided in the community. Competency Support Services is an innovative approach to working with individuals involved in the competency process. This program manager role will lead the competency support team including therapists, peer, case manager and an educator. The population served has high acuity needs, so experience with crisis intervention and/or community-based services for individuals with substance use disorders and/or SPMI diagnoses is required. This team will serve clients who are involved in the competency process. This usually means they have been identified as being incompetent to stand trial and need significant support to restore competency and address barriers to competency restoration including helping with basic needs.
