Child and Adult Outpatient Clinician

We have a great opportunity to join our outpatient team in Lynnfield providing counseling via telehealth and in person treatment. You will be able to work in a supportive small team atmosphere while also working as part of a larger organization that is a leader within the mental health care industry.
Our ideal candidate will be open to working with all client populations but will have a strong interest in working with children. An ideal candidate may have experience providing clinical treatment via telehealth or openness to learning and working creatively within this modality. Training and supervision provided.

Our team has a broad range of specialties including: child and family therapy, substance use treatment, working with elders, exposure therapy, and more! Riverside offers an outstanding staff training program including free CEUs/CEs in Social Work, LMHC, LMFT, Nursing and Psychology. Riverside also offers excellent clinical supervision, strong billing and administrative supports, and career advancement opportunities!
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours week
Pay Rate:
- Unlicensed Clinician - $60,000/salary
- Independent Licensure - $63,000/salary

Required Skills
- Must have excellent communication, clinical and organizational skills
- Basic computer fluency (including Microsoft Office) required
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling required. Clinical degree must provide a path to independent licensure or must have current LADC I.
- Independent licensure strongly preferred (LMFT, LICSW or LMHC)
- Previous experience working with children, adolescents, and families, preferably in an outpatient setting
