Introduction to Role:

Join AstraZeneca's Enabling team as a Channel Excellence Lead, Orchestration & Metadata. This role is pivotal in advancing our Omnichannel customer engagement capabilities, providing differentiated, impactful, and valued experiences for our customers. The successful candidate will develop a deep understanding of a defined set of omnichannel platform capabilities and optimize how these can be leveraged to deliver marketer-defined customer engagement experiences.

Accountabilities:

As the Channel Excellence Lead, you will serve as the GCO subject matter authority for platforms/tools associated with customer journey orchestration, audience activation, defining high-quality asset metadata, and Next Best Action/ Decisioning Tools. You will continuously assess current state omnichannel operational processes to find opportunities to improve process efficiency, quality, compliance, client satisfaction, and/or capability advancement. You will also drive process adoption and adherence through various activities and provide expertise and thought leadership in discussions with delivery team members and commercial clients.

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree

- A minimum of 3 years' experience associated with supporting large organizations in a role associated with operations delivery

- Knowledge of Omnichannel enabling technology platforms

- Extensive experience with tools associated with customer journey orchestration, audience activation, building a 360 customer view

- Shown experience working to understand and evaluate sophisticated business processes

- Ability to build positive relationships and influence partners in teams spanning Strategy, Analytics, Operations, and Technology

- Oral and written proficiency in Business English

- Data flow and process charting (ex. Visio/Miro)

- Partnership

- Critical Thinking

- Communication skills

- Project Management

Preferred Skills/Experience:

- Agile Certification

- Advanced Degree in a relevant field

- Good understanding of the Tools and Technology that make up the Marketing Technology (MarTech) Stack

- Hands-on experience working with tools including Jira and Smartsheets

- Knowledge of the paid media landscape, the tech ecosystem associated with programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs, Ad Servers)

- Experience with Saleforce Data Cloud/Tealium AudienceStream

- Experience with Adobe Audience Manager

- Experience with Personalisation Tools, Tag Management Systems, and/or Veeva CRM

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $142,000 to $213,151 . Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
