Cash Application Specialist at Kimball Midwest in Columbus, OH

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Cash Application Specialist for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting with daily administrative tasks associated with cash application of customer payments.
Analyzes and resolves cash application cases.
Completes various month-end checklist duties.
Provided customer service to customers, sales representatives, and internal associates.
Assists with diverse cash application functions, including but not limited to applying payment batches and resolving cases promptly.
Interacting with customers to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
Identifies and resolves issues related to invoices, payments and customer accounts.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent
Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles
Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations; and the ability to understand and follow the written and oral instructions

Additional Information

The hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday- Friday
