REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in accounting or financial software or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing practical business solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on our accounting software applications.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between internal users and the IT team, effectively communicating user needs and technical limitations.
- Act as a skilled liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, gather, analyze, document, communicate, and validate requirements to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Lead user requirement gathering and responding promptly to user requests.
- Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents.
- Analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions, aiming to reduce manual tasks and enhance user experience.
- Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software updates and new features.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and completeness of the services deployed through thorough testing.
- Provide ad hoc and project-based reporting, queries, and analysis as required.
- Balance multiple initiatives and projects, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting implementation deadlines.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, suggesting improvements for business operations.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Convey complex product details effortlessly to diverse audiences, fostering clarity and understanding.
