Please review the following job description:

Develop and execute brand, advertising, creative and media strategies against business goals. . This role will specifically focus on strategies and execution related to Truist’s golf sponsorships. Develop, promote, and maintain the Truist brand and image both internally and externally. Design, develop and execute advertising campaigns and marketing communications to strengthen Truist brand and image. Maintain effective partnerships with external and internal partners in the business and functions. Support overall brand strategy, architecture, training, tools, and governance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Provide clear and concise creative feedback to external or internal agency partners.
2. Serve as subject matter expert on Truist’s golf efforts including the Truist Championship and its related aspects, all golf hospitality programming, and all golf related program elements yet to be defined.

3. Lead offsite creative productions.
4. Manage deliverables against expected results and budgets.
5. Make sound judgments about brand and creative approach to deliver on objectives.
6. Have a solid understanding of how the role contributes to the achievement of broader objectives in alignment with the organization’s purpose, mission and values.
7. Identify and propose solutions to technical, operational, risk management, business, and organizational challenges.


QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field, or equivalent education and related training
2. Eight years or more related brand and advertising experience
3. Knowledge of the brand standards and toolkits and able to apply to work
4. Knowledge of creative process across all advertising and marketing communications deliverables including TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital, sales and information collateral, and merchandise
5. Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry
6. Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Agency experience
2. Experience working on large well-known consumer brands
3. Experience in the Financial Services Industry

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS
Visual / Audio / Speaking
Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding
Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
Availability
Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
