Job Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean interior and exterior surfaces of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and other fabric upholstery inside the vehicle
• Clean and condition leather upholstery
• Detail and clean vehicle dashboards, consoles, vents, and other hard-to-reach areas
• Perform steam cleaning and deodorizing services when necessary
• Use high-quality detailing products to enhance and maintain vehicle appearance
• Remove spots, stains, and grease from both the interior and exterior of vehicles
• Clean engine bays and components with appropriate equipment and chemicals
• Apply waxes and sealants for long-term paint protection
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to ensure clarity and visibility
• Inspect vehicles for any damage or wear and report findings to management
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including detailing tools and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols while handling cleaning solutions and operating equipment
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction with the detailing service provided
• Work efficiently and manage time effectively to complete tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in auto detailing preferred but not required
• Knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment
• Ability to operate extractors, hoses, vacuums, and other detailing equipment
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work with hands for extended periods
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of industry safety practices and standards
