PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: 80k-85k
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

As an Associate Product Owner you will:
- Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and maximize value.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders and the development team to clarify feature requirements and enhancements.
- User Stories: Write, refine, and validate user stories and acceptance criteria for clear development guidance.
- Sprint Planning & Coordination: Participate in sprint planning to align team priorities and goals.
- Testing & Validation: Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure feature quality and user value.
- Stakeholder Communication: Update stakeholders on product progress and manage expectations.
- User Advocacy: Advocate for user needs to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
- Data Analysis: Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify improvements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain process workflows and user guides for team and user support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to align with the product strategy.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication; adept at simplifying complex ideas into clear steps; collaborative, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
- Technical Skills: Business analytics skills and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development processes.
- Problem-Solving: Creative, critical thinking skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Team Player: Willingness to learn and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Agile/Scrum teams or operations.
- Familiarity with product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Internship or project experience in product management or software development is a plus.
