About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support multiple leaders in the Total Rewards division of the Human Resources Department. The Associate Executive Specialist will work in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment and handling confidential information within the Total Rewards division. This role will provide administrative support to multiple Compensation Executives, as well as ad hoc support to various projects and initiatives across the team. In this role, you will:

  • Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
  • Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions for multiple leaders and their teams
  • Support projects and cross-departmental initiatives
  • Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
  • Act as information source on group and company policies
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with external customers, vendors, current and future employees as needed


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative assisting experience within a global financial services or similar organization.
  • Comfort with overseeing and managing multiple calendars across various time zones.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, specifically as it relates to calendar management.
  • Analytics and reporting; experience dissecting complex spreadsheets and using pivot tables to extract data and tell a story via PowerPoint
  • Tact and good judgement with confidential information and proven experience interacting with executive leadership.
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, flexibility and adaptability are needed to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner and results driven approach to work.
  • An ability to influence, develop, partner with, and maintain collaborative relations at all levels within the organization.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$30.58 - $54.33
